Machinery at MRE

The Show Must Go On.

The Coronavirus pandemic has hit the exhibitions like a sledge hammer with cancellations or rescheduling of all events. The ISRI show which was due to take place in April in Las Vegas USA was cancelled with refunds or transfer to next years event offered. There is still time to get a refund if you wish.

Shows in the UK MRE/CARS and RWM have both been rescheduled. MRE/CARS was due to run in June but has now been delayed until 18th-19th November 2020 at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry. RWM which was due to run in September has also been delayed until 3rd-4th November at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham. It look like November is going to be a busy moth for exhibition visitors.

Recycling – Technik is still scheduled to run as planned in Dortmund Germany on 17th-18th March 2021 and currently shows for next year are as scheduled as usual. It depends on the economy, the Coronavirus and if people feel safe visiting exhibitions.

Exhibitors are concerned about expense of exhibiting having taken a hit from the lockdown, but cancelling is not usually an option so you can expect to see all the companies who have booked a stand still exhibiting but with almost five months to go to the exhibitions ans exhibition halls and conference centres still closed by law anything can happen.
